Refund/Return Policy

Returns: 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and undamaged Products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at info@scabbardknives.com to initiate a return. 

Refunds: 

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. 

Exchanges: 

If you wish to exchange a Product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. 

Shipping Costs: 

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
