Processing Time: 

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. Pre-order processing time is estimated at time of sale.

Delivery Times: 

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

International Shipping: 

For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your country’s customs authorities. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments: 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@scabbardknives.com within 15 days of the delivery date with supporting evidence, and we will work to resolve the issue.
